Project Lary developed a computer vision application for us as a minimum viable product (MVP). In this way, the potential and limits of the technology were demonstrated. This enabled us to clarify whether and how our project is technically feasible. Thanks to the test app, we were also able to communicate with the first stakeholders and try out the application. We are now looking forward to developing this technology further and using it more extensively.

In a joint design thinking workshop with Project Lary, we found approaches to expand our data-driven sales. The user story map developed in the process enabled us to map use cases to data and evaluate their potential in a structured way.

We turned to Project Lary to develop our apps for Roku and Apple TV. Project Lary quickly got to grips with the Brightscript/Roku technology and ported our streaming app. They delivered a great product for both platforms that has been running stably in production for several months.

The lean, agile approach of project lary is an effective way of approaching technology-driven topics and eliminating uncertainties in terms of technological feasibility and user acceptance quickly and with an open mind.
