Project Lary has developed a computer vision application for us as a minimum viable product (MVP). In this way, the potential and limits of the technology were shown. In this way, we were able to answer the questions of whether and how our project could be technically implemented. In addition, thanks to the test app, we have already been able to communicate with initial stakeholders and try out the application. We are now excited to further develop this technology and use it more extensively.
With Project Lary, we have found approaches to expand our data-driven sales in a joint design thinking workshop. The user story map developed in this way has enabled us to map use cases to data and evaluate their potential in a structured manner.
